Tired of hearing loud airplanes, then having to log how loud it was, where you were and the time of day; then having to login to the computer to send an email to the FAA. Or worst yet, having to call the airport and leave a lengthy message only to have it not counted.

The FAA doesn't make this process easy, they don't intend to! After all if they make it hard and tedious, there will be less complaints and they can have free reign over how they manage the airspace over our neighborhoods.
